Manufacturing Process

Wood Selection

We use dense Egyptian citrus and guava wood, and reject soft or diseased wood because it increases ash content.

Standard: High density and low moisture before carbonization.

Slow, controlled carbonization regulates heat and time to stabilize the carbon content and prevent excessive burning.

Standard: Stable carbon content above 80%.

The entire batch is cooled inside the factory before any handling to reduce breakage and waste.

Standard: No residual embers before transport.

Sizes are separated manually and mechanically, while dust and small broken pieces are removed.

Standard: Consistent sizing within each package.

Moisture, ash content, and burn time are measured using a sample from each batch.

Standard: Compliance with the specification agreed with the customer.

Packing by the required weight and packaging, then arranging the container and preparing the documents.

Standard: Intact packaging capable of withstanding the sea journey.

We can arrange a factory visit or send photos and video of the batch before loading.
