Our factory is equipped for every stage: storage, carbonization, cooling, sorting, packing and loading, with quality checks between stages.
Factory Capabilities
Raw Material Yard
Citrus and guava wood is stored and initially sorted before carbonization.
Carbonization Furnaces
Controlled carbonization time ensures high carbon content and low moisture.
Cooling Area
The entire batch is cooled before handling to reduce breakage and waste.
Sorting and Grading
Sizes are separated, and dust and broken pieces are removed before packing.
Packing Line
Paper or woven bags from 5 to 25 kg, with your branding printed on them.
Loading and Shipping
Loading 20- and 40-foot containers and delivering them to the port with the required documents.
