Factory Capabilities
Raw Material Yards
Storage of citrus and guava wood with initial sorting before carbonization.
Carbonization Kilns
Control of carbonization time to ensure high carbon content and low moisture.
Cooling Area
Complete cooling of the batch before handling to reduce breakage and waste.
Sorting and Grading
Separation by size and removal of dust and breakage before packaging.
Packaging Line
Bags from 5 to 25 kg, paper or woven, with your brand printed on them.
Loading and Shipping
Loading 20- and 40-foot containers and delivery to the port with documentation.
