Manufacturing Process

Wood Selection

We use dense Egyptian citrus and guava wood, and exclude soft or damaged wood because it increases the ash content.

Standard: High density and low moisture before carbonization.

Slow carbonization with controlled temperature and time to stabilize the carbon content and prevent excessive burning.

Standard: Stable carbon content above 80%.

The entire batch is cooled inside the factory before any handling to reduce breakage and waste.

Standard: Zero remaining embers before transportation.

Manual and automated size separation, with removal of dust and small broken pieces.

Standard: Consistent size within each package.

Moisture, ash, and burning time are measured on a sample from each batch.

Standard: Compliance with the specifications agreed upon with the customer.

Packaging by the required weight and package type, followed by container loading and document preparation.

Standard: Durable packaging that can withstand the sea journey.

We can arrange a factory visit or send photos and videos of the batch before loading.
